His background in field operations gives him a practical understanding of how projects move from plans to construction, allowing him to approach each job with both technical awareness and real-world insight. Braxton has also developed land development plans for both his own projects and for others, giving him a well-rounded perspective on grading, site layout, and construction readiness. Yuechen Tao
Yuechen Tao, B.S. Civil Engineering
Yuechen Tao is a civil engineer with over five years of experience in land development, roadway grading, and site design. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University and has extensive experience preparing conceptual and preliminary grading plans, cut-and-fill analyses, utility layouts, and surface modeling using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software. Yuechen works closely with multidisciplinary project teams to develop practical, buildable solutions that balance technical requirements, site constraints, and design intent. Her expertise includes translating early concepts into efficient civil engineering designs with a strong focus on constructability, earthwork optimization, and coordination throughout the planning and preliminary design phases.
